Bread Machine Pizza Dough (Oster Bread Recipes)


2 pound dough ball

All ingedients must be at room temperature (70° - 80°F)

3/4 tsp salt

4 cups all purpose flour

2 tsp active dry yeast

1 and 3/8 cups water

3 Tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil


  • Add wet ingrediants. Ad the dry ingrediants with the yeast being last. Make a well in the flour for the yeast. Being sure not to get the yeast wet add the yeast in the well.
  • Select Dough setting
  • Start the Bread Maker.
  • When the cycle is complete remove the dough and pat the dough into a 14 inch round pizza or use a baking sheet (pizza's do not have to be round!)
  • Preheat oven to 400°
  • Spread sauce or olive oil over dough. Add your choosen toppings.
  • Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
