Lemon Sauce for Grilled Fish

Ingredients

1/2 shallot, finely chopped

3 garlic clove, finely chopped

1 Tbsp chopped basil, chopped

1 Tbsp fresh greek oregano (or 1/2 tsp dried), chopped

salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp crushed pink peppercorn (optional)

juice of 2 lemons

1/4 cup olive oil

 

 

 

Directions

  • Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and whisk vigorously to emulsify.
  • When your fish is grilled pour your Lemon Sauce over and enjoy!
